Recharge in the Naturpark SPA
Wellness with a view
Lean back, put your feet up, and take in the panorama: a day in the mountains can be this restorative – especially when you experience the mountain world from the soothing warmth of the Naturpark SPA.
Your breathing slows, beads of sweat gather on your skin, and before you, the sweeping panorama of the Pitztal mountains unfolds in all its glory. A summer hike through the Tyrolean Alps? Not quite. You can find this same deep connection with nature in the Naturpark SPA at the Hotel Sportalm in St. Leonhard im Pitztal. Here, the restorative power of nature meets a rich wellness offering spread across 1,000 square metres, creating a place where you can truly switch off and recharge.
The experience begins with warmth. In the steam sauna, soft vapours envelop your body while the gentle 47°C heat makes it an ideal starting point for newcomers. The Tyrolean sauna, meanwhile, weaves comforting warmth together with traditional influences from the region, and in the amethyst healing grotto, the gemstone releases its restorative energy. The centrepiece? The panoramic event sauna turns up the heat to 90°C, dazzles with a rotating programme of infusions and aromatic scents, and provides you with a mountain experience unlike any other, even if you never step outside.
The Naturpark SPA has something for the whole family. Our varied offering for guests of all ages ensures shared relaxation: the indoor pool invites happy splashing, while massages and soothing treatments quietly rebuild your strength for the next morning’s hike.
From 2:00 p.m., the wellness area becomes an adults-only retreat. In the stillness of the afternoon, the Sky Lounge’s panoramic view does all the work – simply settle in and let your gaze drift across the surrounding peaks and rugged rock formations. Before long, it will feel as though you have spent the whole day out on the mountain. Only with considerably more comfort, wrapped in the warmth and wellness that is unique to the Hotel Sportalm in St. Leonhard.
